Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
This policy applies to all digital products sold by Hi5 Biz Solutions LLC, including the Ultimate Real Estate OS and all associated tiers.
DIY Snapshot ($497) and add-ons
Covers IDX Broker Setup and A2P Registration. Digital product, delivered upon purchase. All sales are final — no refunds once the snapshot has been delivered or imported. If our system has a bug or isn't functioning as designed, we'll fix it free of charge.
Done For You ($2,500)
All sales are final. You have 30 days after installation to flag anything we missed or need adjusted, included at no extra charge. After 30 days, further changes are billed individually.
Custom Setup (from $6,000)
Requires a 50% deposit to begin work, which secures your project scope and reserves time in our build queue. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Agency License ($10,000 one-time)
Full payment is due upfront. Because the license and master snapshot are handed over immediately upon purchase, no refunds are available once the license has been delivered.
Why we don't offer refunds on delivered digital products
Unlike a physical product, a digital snapshot or license can't be "returned" once it's been delivered or imported into your account. Our commitment instead is that if something we built has a genuine bug or isn't working as designed, we fix it — free, no fine print. That commitment does not extend to changes you've made yourself after delivery, or to buyer's remorse after a system has already been delivered.
Agency access requirement
Installing our snapshot requires agency-level access in GoHighLevel. We are not able to offer refunds for purchases made without the appropriate access arranged — please confirm your access situation before purchasing (see our FAQ for details).
