Yes — you receive the master snapshot file, the same complete system given to any buyer, licensed for you to use as the foundation for your own client work. We walk you through it, including best practices for building client projects and how to price your own offer.
You can use this as the foundation for custom builds you deliver to your own clients, under your own brand. What you cannot do is repackage and resell the snapshot itself as a standalone product for others to purchase directly — see the next question for the important distinction.
This license covers using the master snapshot as the foundation for builds you deliver to your own clients — whether that’s a one-time client project or your own ongoing SaaS platform. What it does not cover is reselling or redistributing the snapshot itself as a packaged product — you can’t advertise and sell “the snapshot” directly the way we sell the DIY tier. Every use has to be the foundation of an actual build for one of your clients, not a repackaged product you market on its own.
Nothing stops working. Your license and everything you've already built for clients keeps functioning exactly as it is. You simply won't receive new features, updates, or continued community access going forward until you renew.
Yes — IDX and A2P setup for your clients is handled by you, the same way it would be for any snapshot buyer. We'll recommend providers and best practices, the same guidance we give everyone, but ongoing per-client IDX/A2P support isn't part of this license.
Yes — building on this snapshot as the foundation for your own SaaS platform is covered under the license, the same as one-time client builds.
The Agency License covers the standard Real Estate Snapshot as a foundation for your own client work — a fixed $10,000, but you don't get rights to redistribute the base snapshot itself as your own product. If you want a genuinely custom-built system — your own unique version, purpose-built for your coaching program or agency — that's Custom Setup, priced individually based on what you're planning to do with it (using it for your own clients only, versus reselling it to others). Because a Custom Setup build is made specifically for you, you get relicensing rights to that particular build in a way the standard Agency License doesn't include.
Yes — this license is for GoHighLevel users who already have their own agency account. That agency-level access is what lets you install and build the snapshot into your clients' subaccounts. If you don't currently have your own GoHighLevel agency account, you'll need to set one up before this license is usable for you.
