Getting Started
GoHighLevel is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform used across many industries — the Ultimate Real Estate OS is a snapshot built specifically for real estate on top of it.
A snapshot is a pre-built package of pipelines, automations, websites, and workflows that installs into a GoHighLevel account in one import, instead of building everything from scratch.
Yes — the Ultimate Real Estate OS installs into an active GoHighLevel account. If you don't have one yet, we can point you toward a free 30-day trial.
You could build something similar yourself, but it would take significant time to design pipelines, automations, and a website from scratch — this snapshot is built specifically around how real estate transactions actually work, refined over two years with thousands of agents.

AI & Support
Yes — every purchase includes documentation built specifically for your setup, so connected AI tools understand your exact pipelines and automations, not generic GoHighLevel information.
If our system has a bug or isn't working as designed, we fix it free of charge. That covers our build — not changes you've made yourself after purchase.

Compliance & Legal
No. The Ultimate Real Estate OS is an automation product for licensed real estate professionals, teams, and brokerages. We're not a brokerage, we're not a party to any transaction, and we don't provide real estate, legal, tax, or investment advice.
The system doesn't build in discriminatory targeting or audience selection — but Fair Housing compliance ultimately depends on how you use it. Each agent and brokerage is responsible for ensuring their own marketing copy, ad targeting, and client communications comply with Fair Housing law.
The system is built with standard opt-out handling (replying STOP) and consent-based messaging practices. As with any communication platform, ongoing TCPA compliance depends on how you collect consent and use the system — you remain responsible for your own compliance.
IDX integration works through IDX Broker or iHomeFinder, both established, MLS-compliant IDX providers. As with any IDX setup, you're responsible for maintaining your own MLS and IDX agreements and following your local MLS's specific display rules.
